How to reach Amiens?

BY PLANE

To Roissy Charles De Gaulle Airport (CDG) :

To land at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, you can buy your tickets from various companies such as Air France, KLM, Transavia, Volotea, Vueling, EasyJet, West Jet… You can find tickets directly on the Airport website.

From there, you can reach Amiens by train and by shuttle for example. You can find more details below.

To Paris-Orly:

From there, you can reach Amiens by train. You can take the RER line Orlyval to the Antony stop. Then, take the B3 RER line (direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle) to the Gare du Nord stop. Once in the hall of the station, take a train to the Amiens station.

In front of the terminals, you can also take the bus Orlybus to Denfert Rochereau station (choose this option only if your flight arrives late at night, after 11:00 p.m). Once there, you can take the subway station and take the B3 RER line (direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle) to the Gare du Nord stop.

To Beauvais-Tillé Airport :

Located at 50 kms from Amiens, you can buy your tickets to land at the Beauvais-Tillé Airport from more low-coast companies such as Ryanair, EasyJet, Volotea or Wizz Air. You can find tickets directly on the Airport website.

From there, you can find a bus connexion to reach Amiens. In order to buy a ticket, you can go to this website.

On the routes section, you can put Aéroport (Aéroport Paris Beauvais), 60000 Tillé on the departure line and Amiens on the arrival line. You can add the time you want for that ticket.

BY TRAIN

Amiens is located at one hour from Paris. Depending on the station you are, you can take various types of train:

From Paris Gare du Nord :

If you are located in the Paris Gare du Nord station, the easiest way to reach Amiens is by Regional train (TER), in approximately 1h15min.

From Paris Aéroport Roissy Charles-De-Gaulle, CDG 2 :

If you are taking your train in the Paris Aéroport Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle (at the Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV station), you can reach Amiens by taking a TGV train to the TGV Haute Picardie station and take the shuttle after that in approximately 45 minutes. Be careful, there is a restricted shuttle number per day proposed by the SNCF. You can find them with this link.

Make sure to check if the shuttle departure is close to your arrival at the TGV station.

You can go from Paris Aeroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle to Paris Gare du Nord by taking the RER B. You can find your itinerary at this link. To buy your tickets, you can find a ticket machine or a ticket office in the station.
